Retail Businesses:

Retail rates apply to all transactions that are done face to face with the customer's card at the point sale.

Moto & Home Based:

Moto & Home Based rates apply to all transactions that are made over the phone, through the mail or keyed in without the consumer present at the time of the transaction. You may also choose this option if you want to process cards through your website.

E-Commerce (online processing):

E-Commerce rates apply to all transactions that are made online via website. Be sure to check our Website Setup page to make sure that your site has all of the Visa/MasterCard requirements for quick underwriter approval on your merchant account.
